Stjerneskolan
is a Swedish senior high school, with about 1,000 students,
including adult education, and the students can choose between
a large number of National programs and languages.
13 different programs
You can choose between 13 different educational programs, and
four of these are academic while others are vocational. The
Liberal Arts Program, the Arts Program, Natural Science and
the Technology Program are the academic ones, and on the list
of vocational there are the Children & Recreation Program,
Building & Construction, Health & Nursing, Electrical
Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, Business and Administration,
Hotel and Catering, Industry and finally the Media Program.
Stjerneskolan also offers a good variety of languages,
so apart from the compulsory ones - Swedish and English, there
are also a fair number of others to choose, like German, French,
Spanish, Latin and Russian.

known school for sports
Stjerneskolan is also a national school for sports, offering
a special four-year skiing education with a productive past
of many students that have brought home more than 90 medals
from several Olympic Games and World Championships.
Gunde Svan and Mattias Fredriksson are two of our famous former
Stjerneskole students who have taken what they learned from
their four years and made themselves both famous and respected
athletes.

and coaches you have as a student at Stjerneskolan also the
possibility to choose between 13 national programs that you
take over a four-year-period, this to ensure good results both
in school and in the tracks.
